Divan Resalat was part of administratiue system (Divansalary) of Khawrazmshahian which consisted the Divans letter, Manshur, Fath-nameh and Sogand nameh.The head of divan Resalat was choosen by the king and from among famous court men and famous scientists. Its main responsibility was making diplomatic connectin between diferrent sections of gouermet and other country Rashid-Adin Vatvat was on of the most famous of Divan in this period. He not only did his job very well, but also he could develop the kharzamian scintific and administration system as well.Yaghub Ibn-Shirin Jandi,Baha Al-din Baghdadi and Nasavi were other gteat Dabirs in Kharazmshahid’s. In this work,it’s tried to study Divan Resalat and it’s function in administration system of Kharazm shahids.

There are thousands of hand written in prose and poetry in great Libraries of the world. To study these numerous books needs a lot of time and also many specialists are needed to consider these hand written books. In, the library of khadiviyh in Egypt there is an index of handwritten books. In one paged of that book five poets have been introduced .In this article a poet in the name of fat-h who has a simple and style in Persian poetry.

In this article, after a brief review of the term 'tolerance' and its history in the West and the Islamic culture, regarding the interrelationships and the effects of political, historical, and social issues on the artist's mind, a brief account is provided of the Hafiz's political, historical and social era. An attempt is made to scrutinize Hafiz's viewpoint of tolerance from three different perspectives. The first is Hafiz's viewpoint about sin. In this section, sin is viewed as destined by God, Adam and Eve's first sin, the act of God's forgiving sin out of compassion which is the manifestation of God's grace, the insignificance of debauchery in the world, the uncertainty of man's destiny and his actions. In the second section, such subjects as Hafiz's tolerance, seizing the moment to commit sin, tendency to seek pleasure, and drinking as a sin-cleansing factor are discussed. In the third section, Hafiz's view of individual and social life and the provision of a behavioral pattern based on cooperation and tolerance will be investigated. This pattern is based on the compromise with enemies, condemning arrogance, acquisition of wealth and wrongdoing, promoting generosity, compassion and the unity of religions.

Such poets as Khaqani are to be considered “outstanding” poets since an understanding of the intricacies and nuances of poems found in their divans and resolving the controversies found therein will pave the way for a scholarly understanding of the poems written by other poets. In recent years, invaluable research studies have addressed the works of this great Persian poet. Such a trend in Khaqani-oriented research reveals that scholars and men of letters of our day have correctly realized the significance of this outstanding poet in the universe of Persian literature. In this series of essays, the researcher will seek to reveal points from Imam Khaqani’s Divan that have slipped the attention of other researchers and interpreters. The aim of this researchers, however, is to expose those intricacies and subtleties, and not to criticize or explain lines of poetry from Khaqani. Interested readers are recommended to see works by current and past scholars for an in-depth explanation and critique of the poems.

One of the bold stylistic features in xaqani's poems is the usage of scientific terms which included especially musical terms. The main question in this survey is how much innavation he used in his musical similies. To find the answer after studying and surving xaqani's Divan, we collected all the musical similies about melodies, musicians, singers and instruments in his poems. Then by mentioning all the samples we studied the manner of using similies in xaqani's Divan.

Mahmoud Sami Al -Baroudi is one of the pioneers of modem Arabic poetry. He is one of those poets who endowed a new life to classical poetry and gave it a new strength and life. He perfectly understood the duty of poetry towards the time and the society. As a result, he introduced the social topics such as justice, equality and consulation in poetry. This innovation paved the way for young poets such as Hafiz Ebrahim and Ahmad Shoughi and others. Al - Baroudi"s life and poetry is and indication of his strong Faith and absolute surrender to God. In his thought real reform in different dimensions, especially in poetry, is only possible with regard to religion. Thus in his Divan we can see few Qasidas in which there is not different allusions to religion and religeous concepts. He was a teacher of the Holy Quran an he has expressed and reflected his Quranic learning in his poetry, especially on occassions that he is praising God and enumerate his attributions.

Introduced in this inquiry and review is a balladry which exists both in Divan of Hassan Ghaznavi and Attar. In addition, the existing differences between the two also revealed balladry, and some lines in this ode were corrected according to Divan of Hassan Ghaznavi. It is very important to note that the opening sixteen lines of this ode, except for the 7th and 8th lines, have been attributed to Attar in Lobabol Alalb which in itself causes the attribution to seem to be much more righteous. However, it must also be noted that some lines recorded in this ode mentioned in Lobabol Alalb are the same as those mentioned in Hassan’s Divan.

Addressing grievances in order to establish justice in society was one of the most important tasks of governments in many parts of the world, including Iran. Since the government was in charge of dealing with grievances and the most important feature of Safavid Iran was the strengthening of the government by all possible means, this study intends to take a descriptive-analytical approach based on historical methods and use of resources Libraries and documents, to answer the question, what was the process of dealing with grievances in Safavid Iran and what changes took place during the life of this government? The answer to this question is directly related to the establishment and gradual consolidation of this government. It seems that the treatment of grievances in the Safavid era was initially small, fragmented and less structured due to the general instability of the government structure. In the period of Shah Abbas I, this institution took the path of consolidation and in the period of his successors, it was stabilized in a way and crystallized in the form of " Divan-e Edalatbonyan.

In recent years, the editing of classical texts has captivated many enthusiasts. However, like all endeavors, this task requires certain skills and qualifications that not everyone possesses. Consequently, many ancient texts presented today as "editions" are riddled with serious errors and contribute to cultural and intellectual losses. Among the recently published works is "The Divan of Mahmoud Bakrani" and "The Divan of Rukn Bakrani," which the editors have unfortunately filled with glaring and numerous errors. In this article, we highlight some of these numerous mistakes.
